Effective August 24, 2026
Cuban Continental is a family card game. We collect the minimum needed to run your games, and nothing else.
The display name you choose; your Game Center player identifier (or an anonymous device identifier if Game Center is unavailable); device push-notification tokens; and your game data — hands, scores, tables, and invitations that name you.
Solely to operate the game: dealing hands, syncing tables between players, delivering invitations, and sending turn notifications you control in iOS Settings. We do not sell or rent your information. We show no ads and use no advertising or cross-app tracking.
Game data is stored with Google Cloud (Firestore and Cloud Run) in the United States, acting as our service provider. Practice games against computer players stay entirely on your device.
Game records are kept while your tables are active. To delete your player data, email cc@sammy.land from any address and name your player — we will verify and erase your records. In-app deletion is coming in the App Store release.
Cuban Continental is a general-audience app made for families playing together. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; a child's seat at a family table uses only the display name their family chose.
We'll post any changes here with a new effective date. Questions: cc@sammy.land.
